Responsibilities:

 

Tasks:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare beverages and serve customers
• Train staff in company policies and sanitation, as well as safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Plan beverage menus (involvement with that process) and ensure beverages meets quality standards

 

Supervision:

• 3-4 people
• Food and beverage servers
