• This sales-focused role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in styling customers one-on-one.
• The position offers flexible part-time hours, with shifts typically 4 hours or less.

List of Duties

What You’ll Do:
There’s plenty of variety in this role, but at its heart, it’s all about sales and service:

Sales & Customer Experience:

• Deliver genuine, one-on-one styling and wardrobe support to customers
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive, engaging service
• Actively contribute to individual and store sales goals
• Take pride in creating positive, memorable shopping experiences

Store Operations:

• Process sales through our POS system accurately and confidently
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Support merchandising standards to keep the store visually inspiring
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor

Team & Culture:

• Work collaboratively with your team to support daily store success
• Uphold Suzanne’s values and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment
• Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and style
