Salary: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour plus overtime

Job Description
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Operators to join our team at our Halkirk facility. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery and ensuring the efficient processing and packaging of black earth humics products in a safe and organized environment.

Job Duties

• Operate and monitor screening and bagging machinery.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance.
• Set and adjust machine parameters according to product specifications.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized facility.
• Handle and store materials properly.
• Participate in training programs related to machinery operation and safety.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate machinery and understand technical manuals.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
