9209-2501 Québec Inc., operating under the commercial name Restaurant EggsOasis, is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join its team.
The restaurant is located at 840 rue Principale, Granby, Quebec J2G 2Z2, Canada.
Established in May 2009, Restaurant EggsOasis is one of the first restaurants established in the city of Granby. The restaurant offers breakfast service as well as lunch and dinner menus to customers from the Granby region and to tourists. The establishment is part of the authentic culinary culture of the Granby area.

Salary: $24.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Overtime may be required. Evening and weekend work may be required.
Main Duties:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks, kitchen helpers and other kitchen staff.
• Ensure the smooth operation of kitchen activities.
• Maintain food quality and ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Organize and schedule the work of kitchen staff.
• Train and support kitchen employees when required.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar position in the food service industry.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language Requirements: English or French
