Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: Based on Experience, from $22 to $26.00 per hour
Reports To: CFO

Duties

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/R, A/P, payroll, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
Maintain clean and accurate accounting records in accordance with GAAP.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed.
Prepare year-end documentation year end engagement
Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
Support process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

1–5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks or any Accounting Platform, Excel, and accounting software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Gusto) a plus.
1 or 2 year College (or equivalent experience).
BILINGUAL is a must.. English and French

Wage: $22-26.00 per hour; based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday - Full Time.

Language: Bilingual Required / Bilingue exigé
