Requirements

Approximately 2-3 years’ experience as a Foreman. Proven earthworks experience, and keen understanding of underground utilities. Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications. Strong leadership skills, and the ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing construction environment. Knowledge of provincial safety regulations and a strict adherence to company standards. Valid driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract. The ideal candidate should be based in the Okanagan region but must be willing to travel and work in various locations such as Kelowna, Revelstoke, or other project sites as needed. The successful candidate should be a positive, motivated, outgoing individual who enjoys working outdoors, and has a willingness to work overtime when required.
